Phil is originally from Wales and is currently a resident of Holmes Beach. His career highlights include a 10 Year Playing Tour Professional for PGA and European Tours, Number One Amateur in the world, 20-year TV Commentator and Presenter for National and International Networks, coaching Tour Professionals, and Director of Golf at IMG Academies Golf and Country Club.
Phil played in Seven British PGA Championships, Six Open Championships, The Masters at Augusta, the World Cup of Golf, and the World Series of Golf at Firestone.
He has also been a commentator for BBC, Golf Channel, European Tour Productions and Sky Sports.
